The rule of 3

I think we should bring in the rule of 3 within the council.

As long as 3 council members agree on something then do it.

Simply post in here what was agreed and by who

ie helps to speed up inviting ppl and making any small to meduim decision quickly.

I think we will fill up the roster quickly so around the corner we may have to think about available raid spaces

well past the 6 or 7 ppl that i have on my mental waiting list there isnt a lot of others.

but who know how things will change in WoTLK.

Im gunna start working on what days and avail etc preliminarys when we have say another 5 ppl in guild

just so it doesnt have to be completely redone when we hit WoTLK

Prio has to be on getting numbers of people and setting a plan of levelling and a target first 10 man raid date (people level quicker with a goal to shoot for).  Imo DMR has to be ready to surf the first wave of raiders, if we miss the first waves then we'll be on the back side of the wave sliding down into the trough and its all uphill from there.
