right id like to open a little discussion on ranks within DMR

i was thinking of something along these lines

Council - resonsible for - making sure that people are not peons and general overseeing of the guild, initial setup for raids etc

Raid leaders - responsible for - help with setup for raids, responsible for maintaining things like signup site / wws logs etc as well as helping out with raids

Raider - People commited to raiding and looking to raid at a set standard ie 2 nights out of 3

member - Friends and players that make the guild a nice place to be but dont really want to commit to raiding standards but still will help out when they can.

Alt - does what it says on the tin

Newbie - iniate level on probation

anyone who can come up with any ideas enchancements for this would be great.

Will be looking at suggesting people for raidleader ranks in a bit.
