I saw Jas' comment about remembering to get the sign up site up and running again.  We could of course run one ourselves, we could let another member run one, or perhaps you want to consider using something like http://www.wow-raidar.com?  In the spirit of minimising the work needed to maintain a guild a site like that might fit the bill perfectly.  It works well and I know a couple of guilds who use it successfully.

both very good suggestions. let me give it a little thought and im going to try get something running or delegated to someone in the next 2 days.

Im all for less work. Would be nice if members from outside dmr can sign up quick and easy so im leaning away from using anything hooked into these forums
