Yes, it will need to be sorted and maintained.

Can I recommend you look at //www.webdkp.com.  It is a hosted solution, free, has an addon to run DKP in raids and does everything you need it to do, including auto-awards (e.g. 1 dkp per hour).  It handles zero-sum, bids or fixed price dkp and a host of other options.  Nice little package tbh and it can be integrated to display within our own website of you want.  I'll leave it to you to discuss!

Ive had a look around on the site and i think it looks good

What sort of dkp we going to go for?

zero sum hour??

are we going to use a bid system? or are we going to use static costs?

minimum bids? ie same minimum bid as 1 nights raiding?
