How many lvl 80 would it take to complete a lvl70 25 man raid ? the maths says 21.875 ?

5? 10? 15? Depends on the mechanics of the fight I suppose. Remember 70 to 80 ain't the same as 60 to 70 or 50 to 60. For one, the average 80 mage now has more hp than the average 70 Maintank. So stam/hp based fights will be a joke.
