After the brief flurry of BA4 updates it has all gone quiet. Have the receivers come in and taken it back or is it waiting for action?
 
If the later could I suggest a L4D Co-Op server? It would be nice to play some of the other maps.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

It was installed a couple of weeks ago and is up and running already.  Just needs someone to ask for a server to come up, sort of like you did!

and it hasn't been agreed yet whether we will run a second L4D server, I think we will but we need to make sure the first one is used.

Yeah, I waited to see the general feeling about this one. I porbably wouldn't use it much because I love being a zombie half the time.

But....

Mainly it's the same 10-12 names that are on the server most of the time between 9pm and bedtime, but a handful of people do join earlier 5pm-9pm to have a little go and possibly get put off by the 'vs' mode being on.

The Co-Op server may see a bit of usage because even just having 2 people on playing together makes a difference and our younger members aren't always allowed to play later.

It can always be the first to go if the bandwidth/cpu get a little tight.

Talking of which BB, I notice that BBB is on the server for at least a few hours before everyone else joins in the evening. This can't be a healthy upbringing.

Should I be calling child services? :g:
