fried wlan network card

hi chaps, sorry about bailing earlier. it looks like the wlan card in my laptop has fried as it's not playing ball at all anymore. the router is fine as I'm writing this on my netbook which connects up via wlan too.

I guess I'd better get a cable installed for the laptop then!
