its just the play time that he has put on the account i dont know if u can restrospecitly add a recruit a friend after you have fully activeted the account

You cannot retrospectively add 'Recruit a freind', but it only takes a couple of hours ot get to L12, particularly with triple xp.

I think what Sheep means is he'd have to make a new account and enter in that he's using the RaF program. If what he's got now is a full account already he'd have to get a new box I think, in order to make a new account.
