I am considering buying this movie. Not for rental anywhere and the only trailer out there is quite sparse. It did quite well in back then tho... Anyone here who has seen it and would care to advise?

It's not a bad little low-key film - Harry Dean Stanton (Alien, Cool Hand Luke) is always watchable.  Doubt if it's the sort of film you'll want to watch twice though, so don't spend more than a couple of pounds getting it.
If I wanted you to understand I would have explained it better

Cheers mate! If you like that, you should also see the "sequel" Don't Come Knocking (2005)
