Advice On My New Fx 5800 Pleaae

well i got a Gforce FX 5800 and my games play a tad smoover but all i been getting is problems. on CS (which plays fine) when smoke is put off it goes down to 30 FPS and i only get 69 FPS as a average  :angry:  :angry:  :angry:

and most over games play crappy,

also i get a flipping sparkaly dots on some  games  :angry:  :angry:  im really peeded off i spend all the money on this card and it runs crap all i been doing is getting problems  :angry:    :angry:

1.6 CPU, 512ram <--- is that to slow for this card i know its not the best for it. you think its worth taking it back if i can?
