Well it's certainly filling up fast :yahoo:

Notes:

1. We can stretch the numbers - I think 44 - 46 is realistically the max (6 on each side of long tables and 4 or 5 on server table). I'm leaving them off the for minute for increased anticipation :)

2. There are a lot of WoW'ers this time. I hope the internet connection will be up to it.

3. LameDuck will let us know one or t'other shortly. Until I hear from him I'm saving a spot (place 10 on Head & Section Admin). If he's not coming we'll then free it up.

4. If he does come then we'll have the complete Admin set present (while Oldie is there!).

Sheepy mentioned deposits....  Do we take deposits or make people pay up-front to amerliorate the dropouts?

We discussed this before and I think we should stick with not requiring a deposit but asking for a donation if someone drops out at the last minute.

lots of wower's yes - internet will cope, we will b at the bar talking about raids! There is a good chance that Lola may want to come as well, but is not online this week (she didnt want to be the only girl), I have asked some of the others to get a message to her to confirm.

Although I'm not tasked to do anything except turn up, I would still like to lend a hand if I can.
Please let me know if I can help in the run-up to or at the LAN itself.
I'm not very techy and I can't guarantee that I'll be there early (as it's on t'other side of country) but I will shoulder some of the burden if I am able:)

Yes, two I believe - Mezzanine and Bellaine? I think one of is married to another WoW'er who's coming?? anyway I guess it'll make more sense when I ask for their real names.

Signups have slowed up for the minute but I'm hoping others like JAS and Squonk may show. Also a few regs like Liberator haven't signed up as yet.

It's certainly looking good but we know that people dropout nearer the time. I have to say that I'll be hacked off if we have to start turning people away and then have space due to dropouts. I think at some stage we'll need to decide whether to over subscribe to cater for dropouts - although it's logistically a nightmare for the seating plan and also in case everyone shows up in which case we'll be struggling and will run some long leads from The Lodge ;)
