Admin Meeting - Sat 22 Aug

In preparation for the Admin meeting can I ask each SA to push their GAs for written submission of the points you want discussed.  Apart from anything else it will force them to consider things in advance of the meeting which will make the meeting go more smoothly.

Ideally I would like one submission from each SA which is more specific to your controlled game and summarises the views of your GAs.  It is my intention to have a thread on the forum into which all the views can be posted so that we can refer to them in advance.  

I'm aware that some SAs/GAs are not going to be able to attend, but having written feedback from your GAs in advance and formulating your own submission as SA will mean that your views can still be taken into account.  

Your GAs should send their submissions to you directly, but please forward your own & 'game' submission to me no later than Friday 21st August please.

I think it's a great idea the admin meeting. But why not hold it on a sunday when most people are are about gaming, say 8.00pm.

I think any night will find some attendee issues, but the only reason I did not choose a Sunday night is that I am not available for it - and seeing as I was driving the issue I figured I ought to be there!  I also know that the WoW admins are not about at that time either and that impacts several people whereas I am nto aware anyone else has anything game-wise scheduled for a Saturday night.

At the end of the day I recognise that we'll not get 100% attendance on any night, I just had to pick one and wanted to get things underway before whatever remaining impetus from the forum threads disappears.

Just as a side note. All talk on the CS server worked really well and on an attention span level allows people to run around and jump off things whilst they talk.

Seeing as almost everyone has bailed, please could all SAs to do a quick summary of which GAs of theirs will be attending?  By all means start from the list posted in the GA section but then please speak to those that have not replied and then append the updated list to this thread so we can make a quick assessment.  In particular I have not heard anything from the dMr side of things so if you could let me know asap pleae Lameduck so we can look at our options.

Sorry, I didnt realise I had to inform you of my intention to 'attend'.
Vobler has resigned as Admin this week. :sad:
BigFatCat and EarlHaz have not been on the server for months.
I dont expect Romus and Gnomie to attend, for as far as I know, they both are involved in projects that have been absorbing their free time.
I'm sure the others have seen the posting and will advise you of their inntentions.
