Elastic Mice

For the last week or so my CS has been a nightmare  :ph34r:

The mouse feels as if it is on elastic and you couldn't correlate mouse movement against screen movement. I did a trawl of the Steam forums and somebody suggested that having vsync enabled in OpenGL can cause this.

I checked and lo and behold, vsync was enabled. I thought it had always been disabled but there you go  

Anyway, CS fixed and I will now have to think of a new reason for being crud
