Summary of issues identified.

Please, if I have missed any, post in here and I will add it to the list.

• Performance. The constant under performance (Healing and DPS) of some members are stalling our raiding progress
• Trial Period. This is something that we, as officers, have been slack on and it needs to change. If we recruit a new member, or if a member is moved from Social to Raider, they are considered 'on trial' and need to show a level of performance consistent with their class. If they do not, then they will be contacted by their class leaders to assist on improving. Continued poor performance will result in a failed trial and they will become a social member again.
• As an extension to the above, any existing raiders that show consistently poor performance will also be put back 'on trial' and will also be contacted by their class leaders. Again, continued poor performance will also result in a failed trial and they will also become a social member.
• Forum activity. DMR is not only an active social guild in WoW. We also have an active forum too and a lot of posts talking about guild issues happens on the forums. If you cannot be bothered to check the forums, then we cannot be bothered to have you in our guild as it goes against the very idea of our community.
• Officers. As stated, we are the role models for everyone so we need to make sure that what is stated in the DMR direction thread is followed! A strong guild is built on strong leadership. If the situation demands we be more harsh then do so, as an officer it is your job to ensure the well being of the whole and not to the individual.
• Class Leaders. We need some more activity from you all to identify any issues with members of your class. Read, and re-read your job description and if you don't feel you can do what is required, then please let the officers know and we will find someone else.
• Class Channels. Please use them instead of whispers! Some nights my chat pane is totally purple with class suggestions (my whisper colour) and I have trouble keeping track of all the whispers and what is going on with the raid. Please, if it is in relation to your class, use the class channel. That is what they are there for.

Doghouse
Social/Alt
Trialist
Raider
Classleader - Gets A during raids.
Officer Alts - Gets A during raids, ginvites, can promote/demote
Officer - Gets A during raids, ginvites, can promote/demote, access to GB
GM - The whole package

Simple and effective.
