You willl need comms for this. Amber Void is easy and not much different from normal. The reds (2) deal as much dmg as they can while the green heal (3) everyone up. Will take a bit longer but not that hard.

The trickier one is Ruby/Emerald. You could try it in 2 seperate ways with first Ruby void and then Emerald void but especially the latter will be very hard if you don't have the dps to floor the boss quickly. So here's how we went at it and which is a kill in ~2 minutes including Phase Shifts if done right. Furthermore it gets you both the achievements in 1 go.

You have to understand the way the 2 primary spells function for this to work.
There's a single attack and a channel. The Single Attack deals about 6k dmg if I recall correctly, but 100% more if someone else is using the channel. The Channel increases damage done to the target by 100% and for every 15k damage done, the channeler is granted 1 buff that increases damage done by alot. This buff stacks up to 10. So here's how you go about it:

1 person starts the Channel while the other 4 each spam their primary attack. Every 15k of this primary spam will grant the channeler 1 stack of that buff, so the channel person should do communications and call out when he has reached 10 stacks.

At this point he waits for the other 4 people to start channeling. Once he sees 4 beams going at the target (excluding his own), he fires. This hit, due to being charged to 10 and being increased by 100% from a beam (they don't stack) will deal roughly 150k damage. Since the other 4 people are channeling, each of them will get 1 charge for every 15k damage done. This means that all 4 will instantly be at 10 stacks with that much damage coming in.

At this point the original channeler calls out that he is channeling again and that the others need to fire. Needless to say with 4x 150k-ish of damage, this 1 person will be back at 10 in an instant. Then rinse and repeat until death.

You have to keep in mind that this pingponging between 4 people firing their damage thing and 1 person channeling, and 4 people channeling and 1 person firing, is a matter of seconds. You dish out about 600k of damage every 4 or so seconds if done right, which should bring him to 60% and then 20% in only roughly 10-15 seconds depending on how smoothly you do the transitions.

As for time stops, assign 3 people to timestop for 100 to 60%, all of whom are not the original channeler. After the first shift the original channeler uses his timestop  (bumps him to 5 stacks too btw), and then whoever's left. After the 20% shift it is just free for all. You need this timestop to counter the adds and his enrages, since you have no heals or time to kill off the adds.

Tip: Everyone watch the original channeler's drake in the game field. If he's channeling, you need to be firing, once he stops channeling, you need to be channeling. See him channel again, bam, you pull the trigger, etc. This worked really well for me.
or Garrit, or Torgen. Also, Livestream.
