Is Pilus a raider?

Full time, yes. And has always been doing a kick-ass job at it from where I was looking. Anything wrong?

Well, I'm trying to figure how on most goes he did 1,300 dps, a figure that would have embarassed a L70 mage, and then on a couple of tries he bounces to almost 4k dps.  His gear makes my mage look like a pauper, so he should be beating my dps by a substantial amount every time.  Compared to my mage he has:

+25% spell power
+65% haste

But the logs do not bear this out, so what is he doing on the YS fight as in a lot of tries he was not just a little behind but *way* behind my lowly-geared mage.  He only really showed some half-decent dps on 2-3 goes.

Maybe he's very confused on what to hit.. normally he's top 3 on the charts.

aye Pilus is a top mage with us..dunno what happend in this last raid but i  have trouble keeping up with his dps sometimes. havent seen him below the top 5 in a whyle...He did say that he (just as i) wasnt feeling to good in the late afternoon so it might have been that.

i would say last night dps chart cant be used for anything as we almost did not get out of phase 1 and as we told them dps is not important interupts are. so i would say dont use yesterday chart for anything as wiping dont really make a realistic view of any's dps. i agree pilus is a very good player that as far as i can remember never missed a raid day, or very rarely.
But i do agree that if all is 100 % focused in dps the adds we will get a lot smother into p2, i think yesterday was a off day for many people, i had burned the left arm of mine with boiling soup the day before. but no doubt all the dps could have gotten a lot better, i am pretty sure the best try we had were just after the break, were we only had 2 adds in start of p2 and one was almost allready dead. so i blame the bad dps yesterday on people not being focused for some reason.
