L4D Servers

Gents,

I'd suggest we kill all but one of the L4D1 servers. I know we don't need the capacity at present, but let's keep the place tidy.

We aren't using them but there's a couple of things to try such as Cold Case. I can't see the servers lasting as the focus in on L4D2 now.

Wrt the latter, I'll work on getting some scripting done so we can tidy up how we do things and use radial menus as before if possible.

So...can we keep the Meatlocker and put the ColdStore and Co-op server on ice please?
