L4D2 - Starting a game

Assuming you have the radial menu and the autoexec setup as per the other threads...

1. Start the game
2. Select the flavour you want (versus/campaign etc)
3. Play with friends
4. Create lobby
5. Hit F10 repeatedly (assuming your binds are the same as the ones set up in the radial menu thread)
6. Start the game
7. Bring down your console once the game starts and check that we are indeed on our server, starts with a 7 and ends with a 45.

8. (optional) Select jockey and ride someones head whilst giggling like a girl.
