It's pretty simple to find. Go on you can do it if you try :)

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

I found it! :D Although I'm quite happy for it to update uninvited.

Indeed. I'm willing to give Mozilla my trust and allow them to update Firefox as and when they see fit without bugging me for permissions. There are very few other software companies I could say the same for. Linux Ubuntu and Avira Antivirus are about the only other two..... oh and Steam... that's three. Oh and World of Wrcraft makes four. Ok there are several companies that I could say the same for.  :g:

Well I've had Chrome installed since it was launched, but I haven't had a look at it for some time, so fired it up today to see where it's at. Still extremely fast!  I also liked the bookmark synchronising feature which appears to be new. :)

I'm becoming something of a convert to Google applications so the ability to make shortcuts to them (or anything else) to run in their own 'virtual' application window is nifty.

QuoteHowever rendering speed is also an important feature so the moment Chrome is available on Linux and supports Firefox extensions, or more Google equivalents I'll be over like a shot

You can keep tabs on how it's coming along - apparently there's a Linux version available from the early access dev channel here.

The newest BETA of Chrome has a lot of extensions which are now a lot easier to install.  Simply visit the https://chrome.google.com/extensions page.  If you don't have the right version of Chrome it will tell you at the top giving you a link to download the correct BETA version.

Now I can use Last Pass and some other extenions (such as Brizzly) as easily as I did with FF and IE.

Go for Chrome! :D
Start Folding and get yourself one of those nice new badge thingies, it\'s a good cause.  Check out the stats
