Since 1983....
All types of games but in recent years I've focused on WOW.

What kind of raiding experience do you have?

I've done every raid instance since Molten Core days until today.

What other guilds have you been in and why did you decide or were forced to move on?

I was once focused on PVE raiding. My last guilds were:
Prometheus - it disbanded hence I had to find new home.
Eureka - I played there over a year but then was forced to step down due to RL time commitements (was building a new house...)
Equanimity - I wanted to take a break from PVE and focus on PVP. Grinding ulduar became a real bore at the time.

Do you actively play any alts that we could find you in in case we need to contact you?

Name one thing you don't like about WoW in its current state.

I mainly focus on PVP these days. But I also like to raid.
I enjoy RL pugs, but it's hard to get good ppl hence it doesn't always work out to my satisfaction.
I don't like to do Ulduar, so I hope you guys are focusing on ICC and/or TOC raids.

I have one set of PVP gear + Talents (Disc PVP)
I have 2nd set of PVE gear + Talents (Disc PVE)

Why did you decide to play this class?
It was most imba healing on the old times.... but I enjoyed it more than other classes.

What do you think your class' role is in raid content?
Disc Healer can do MT healing and assist on raid healing as well.
It's mostly preventing dmg and deaths by casting instants shields.
It also has a few utility spellstalens such as Power Infusion, Power Supprestion, Rapture etc.

Comment on your build. Why did you choose it? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those? (important question)
The Disc PVE talent is focused on healing & prevention.
Hence I chose anything that can boost those.

There are other guilds on the server, why did you apply to us?

The guild sounds semi casual but with good players focused on high end raiding. There's not much I know about your guild except what you wrote on the above posts. I do know it existed for quite some times.

1) Why didn't you pick Improved Flash heal + Grace?

2) Healing Focus + Improved renew (in my opinion) are a waste of 5 talent points as a discipline priest (in which those 5 talent points can be put into Improved Flash Heal + Grace), could you explain to me why you put those 5 talent points in?

As i said, not having a dig at your spec but just curious

Sry for late reply. I didn't chose imp flash heal + grace cause I don't use a lot of flash heals/greater heals lately as Disc. However, depending on raid composition, assignments and content that could change ofc.

As I said I was mostly pugging and I find myself dpsing a lot actually, cause 3 healers for 10 man is a bit too much. So I usually help on dps (w/o sacrificing healing ofc) and using shields, renew, poms & penance for heals. Sometimes also POH & Flash heals. Greater heals is very rare.

Healing focus isn't needed? Can you explain why? I thought all priests have it buy maybe I'm not updated....
As for renew I use it a lot hence the talent helps.

I suppose we all need to accomodate our talents to our playstyle and raid content. If I started doing different content/assignemts I would prolly need to change specs accordingly.

As for my application I'm sorry that I have to put it on hold (again...)
I applied to some other guild as well (a bit more hardcore) and was accepted to trial.
