reinstall counterstrike

I have reinstalled counterstrike and saved the old one.
Now is my question what do i need to kopie for my options.
Where exactly do they stand?

Options? Do you mean settings such as key settings etc?  If so, they are held in a file called config.cfg in a folder similar to this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\your steam name\counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg

You could just copy over the whole counter-strike source folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\jabber_uk\counter-strike source\) which would mean you get all the maps back and any downloaded sound files that some servers use.
