Hi well i just wanted to say that i know alot of ppl are getting fed up with Dan trying to shout out his side of what need to be done or vent his feeling in raid chat. Not saying he cant talk or write it is just he dont use his commen sence and tbh i feel he act very arrogant i think he knows to because for the most part he will smooth what he said out so it aint that bad but if his first comment would stand alone it can hurt, anger etc. to your alls permission i would like to be a bit harsh to him and if he start his moaning and general dicontent with the raid i will have to shot him down as i am getting fed up with this, one more thing i dont get why he had raid assist last raid and i did not kinda strange (but can be a mistake) thouhg i think it is very important to assign all CL with raid assist.

yes i think that is a good idea that way he can still say what he wants and we can act from there it not that some of his input are not wanted, but some really need to be "filtered" away. so that way we can talk about it in officer chat if its about if needed we act on it. Just tio make clear it is not that i dont like Dan i do it is just some of the comments that really is not needed or have do not have a positive impact.
