Whats going on with me?

Hey guys after TOC 25 the other day i have come to believ that something is either wrong with my stats, spec or rotation as i have come to believe i am not getting the damage out of my spec that i should be.

two warriors i was recommended to look at on our server were Furiousblade and Quickz supposedly the best fury DPS on the server, now looking at them (both fury) they both contained massive amounts of armour penetration        (104% on furious and 79% on quickz) now i myself i believe i have around 20%, i am wondering if this could be what is possibly the cause of my low DPS as it does increase overall damage as well as solving rage generation (APR will however be gone in cataclysm)

i would like to know if a warrior or any with warrior knowledge could help me look through my character and try and find the stat that needs changing or the flaw in my rotation to try and increase my damage, any help would be appreciated.

I don't know much about the warrior class, and i'm sure you can find many people much better than me to give you tips, but i always found useful, with whatever class i needed help, to consult the elitist jerks class forum (the link is to the warrior class forum). In it, you can find very useful tips, like the most efficient spec and rotation, tips about glyphs and cooldowns, in addition to when you should use them, and so on. In particular, if you're having doubts about your gear, i strongly suggest you to use the rawr program. Inside the elitist jerks class forum i linked, you can find a thread where are posted some rawr builds that you can use as referal.

i just dl'ed Rawr, and by regemming and getting another weapon i would  get 500 more dps

APR being gone in Cataclysm is not a reason to not go for it now ;-) The gear you gather now is not the gear that you'll use in Cata, and the encouters that you're fighting now.. well you're fighting them now, not in Cata.

As far as i know ArP is the way to go for a warrior- i been stacking it on Pies offspec due to the fact Deacoor from Eluo told me to (And we talk quite a bit ya know) but that is for Arms not Fury, but i would guess it works for both as well with Fury benefiting better than Arms due to more abilities (Although im totally not in the right mindset to work out as im currently enjoying a few beers with me dad in our hotel :> )

If (like me) u get confused easily and EJ seems to be full of number crunching and BiS updates, i use http://www.mmo-champion.com/class-warrior/ it puts all the info into small words and says when best to do things

I've tried making sense of stuff on elitist jerks, but as you say it's full of number crunching, which I currently can't get my head around.  Will have a browse when I'm home.
