Game hanging on "updating your stats"

what can I do ffs? nothing I read so far helps.
I also get disconnected once every 10 mins or so.

Not sure there's anything you can do. It happens for me when my connection is bad more often, but I think it's mostly the EA side of things. I don't get the disconnects, just the "updating stats" issue.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.

Can you tell us if it's a PunkBuster error that is kicking you from the server or ??

Also, I always get a brief pause when I come off of a server and it "updates Stats" but only briefly. Have you set your firewall to allow BC2 traffic to flow both ways?

Give us some more details as to the nature of the errors and I'm sure we can work to identify it or resolve it.

Sometimes it is PB, sometimes not. Wish there was a pattern...
What I did notice, is that following the creation of a new soldier (per EA's recomendation) I get somewhat less hanging on Updating Your Stats.
 
Conclusion: move to Europe :-)
(and indeed next week I will be there, but without any gaming)
