Well,

Variety of reasons mainly regarding the following.

Change in work patterns (Posted info in absence thread)
Not enough time really with organising the 10 man progress run to then work with the lower end melee dps people.

If you need suggestions for a replacement let me know, however probably have enough class leaders/officers in the guild atm to cover it.

Will try and catch an officer to demote me tonight, if not can someone take care of it tomorrow and update website access etc

If poss i would like to have a chat before doing anything ... The effort you put in running the 10 mans warrants a RL spot imo.

I'd like you to stay on until we have a replacement as we only have one Melee RL/Officer other than you and I'm going on holiday for two weeks, starting next Tuesday.  It's too much for one person anyway as we all have limited time and the load should be spread.
