Recruitment is slow atm, part of that may be due to the post being out of date on the forums. If I was looking for an ICC raid guild it doesn't give me much info on the front page as to our progress.

Maybe having it quite clear upfront the progress we have made. e.g ICC 25 man normal 10/12. ICC 10 man herioc 9/12. Highlighted a couple of other sections in blue that may need updated.

Recruitment
DMR is raiding 25 man Onyxia, ToC and Icecrown Citadel, hence we require geared players to do the job. People in fresh lvl 80 blues & greens need not apply. We expect people to have a minimum of full Tier 9 gear and a well rounded knowledge of their class. While we do believe that there's more to being a good player than simply topping charts, you should be able to produce a rough minimum of 3k dps with the will to improve and accept criticism.

Note: Having gear and skills for offspecs of whatever class you play is always going to be a plus. We like to recruit people who can play a class, not just a spec.

I'd drop TOC & Onyxia tbh they're old content and not current.  Change it to ICC & RS imo.
