We currently have less than 25 active raiders and as we all know, we need to recruit.  I've been round the normal forums (xsa, mmo etc) and updated our posts/info.  We really need to do more than this though and i'd like to start sending messages in trade chat (not very often as I don't want flagged as a spammer).  So we need something that's not too long and that will attract the right type of person, first draft and help welcome:

"Dead Men Raiding are recruiting. We are looking for mature, skilled players. Only 1 boss left in ICC 25 and pushing Hard Modes on 10 Man. Apply at www.deadmen.co.uk/forum/content.php?167-DMR-Apply"

I think it's a necessity and agree that proactive recruitment is what is needed.

indeed ... I dont mind the trade spam... just needs popping out at a time when the kids have gone to bed
