Xmas Tourney

What sort of Tourney should we run this Xmas?
When is a good day? (just before/after or around new year)
Afternoon or evening?
FYI. 20th Dec is a monday, 25th a Sat. New year is the following Sat.

bear in mind that the other sections will be holding their own events and looking at the same dates etc.

Once we've decided what we're doing, we'll get a server message up to advertise to our pubby regs and promote it in our chat with them.
we have 2 servers to use should we need to.

Was thinking about this just the other day!
 
Probably best to have it after Christmas as people tend to leave from familiy functions around boxing day, so sometime between boxing day and new years?
 
My thoughts on the setup:
 
4 teams of 4+ (easily adaptable) one match on our public server (password Protected) and the other match on the private server (is it still available?)
 
I think HQ will be the best mode unless we get a good turn out, then domination will work
