pm and download area

Is it possible to manually switch on pm for members who haven't posted  enough to be able to receive and post pm? I need to resolve a dispute  between two members that don't have enough posts.

I also want to make race replays, screen shots, skins, etc, available but the dmr file download area seems to have disappeared.

I am sure we can put the dmr download area back into effect.  We'll see if we can cook something up for you in the main menu under dmr.

Is the problem with the members a full mailbox or they have not posted enough to send PMs?  Post their names and we'll try to check permissions to sort something.

Can you post up the details of what you had before so that I can track it down and set it up again?

I assume you uploaded using an ftp account, so if you can post the IP address/hostname and account name as well as the link you used for the download page.
