Your focus should go at that point to the second construct and even then a maybe the boss taunt. The last 20% from that construct is up to the dps, they can shout out to the melee to even step in if needed.
 
But for melee point of view: I have nothing to add really, it looks like an easy fight for me for once :-)

I think that the taunt is not called for any more Twisted.   You taunt prior to mangle try to ensure you get second highest threat, the timing is down to you.

Yes, it's your call when you want to taunt just don't leave it too close to mangle.  You just need to be second on threat when Mangle hits.
