Spoke with him on TS last night with Sheepy.  He's a 16yr old alright, but actually sounded mature, well-spoken and educated, and definitely not your run of the mill sixteen year old scrote.  He had good answers for all the questions, used to RL Conquistadors RG2 which got up to 9/12 on a similar pace to our RGW.  Has a resto offspec atm (which he played as a main for RG2) but wants to make ele his main spec.   It sounds like he'll actually fit in quite well if the TS interview is anything to go by.

He has exams until next week but we agreed to offer trial to him and expect him to join the guild on 23 June and be ready to raid with us that night.
