Black Op's - Monday Night League

Hi everyone

To spice things up a little, as of tomorrow im going to run a casual League table of all dMw tagged players who are online between 8pm and 9:30pm on BO Monday Night.

Here's how its going to work...

After every map (not round) i will take a screenshot of the final standings (using Steam).  I will then add up everyone's score's for the night and post it into a league table either on that night or Tuesday night.

Each week, the scores will then be added to each players previous weeks scores, this will then be divided by how many nights that player has played to give an average overall score.

The first map to start after 8pm will be where the first scores are taken from.
The first map to finish after 9:30pm will be where the last scores are taken from.

Please note: in order for your scores to be recorded you must still work as a team and not promote individual play.
Anyone found doing so will not have their scores recorded.

If you dont want me to add you to this then let me know, otherwise :boxing: :boxing:

Perhaps it would be better to add a column totalling how many nights each player has played and divide the total score by that number. That way you'll generate a true position in the league (comprising the average nightly score) rather than just a tally of who is playing online the most and therefore (presumably) accumulating the highest number of points.

Just an idle thought....

I am sure king got way more points than that! Also I would have been top 5 if it wasn't for me leaving early :narnar:

I believe King was on for a while before i started to take the scores at 8pm.  Dont forget i will only be recording scores between the hours of 8pm and 9:30pm.  If you want me to change these times i will do if it works better for people that perhaps dont want to be playing too late.  The only thing with starting earlier is i cant garuantee i will be able to get on for say, for example, 7pm every Monday.

I cant seem to see Khichken anywhere on the screenshots i have, but yeah i remember killing him a few times.  The only thing i can think is if he left before 8pm, let me know if im wrong Khichken .

I think maybe reducing the time to just an hour may be better too.  As a few did on Monday (like you say DZ) did leave 10 or so minutes before half 9.

There is a server addon that does server ranking now, not sure what its called but its on a number of servers Ive been on recently, it welcomes you to the server and tells you how many times you have been before when you join and tells you your ranking. with some commands like !rank !top10 etc. As said ive no idea what the mods called as a little google didn't get me very far.

yeah i have seen that on a few servers too, although it add's up the scores every time that player plays on the server.  I want to only run this on a Monday night (seen as its BO night) and not when people play any other night.
