New Rcon request

This looks good, but is £3 a month.
It'd be good if we could try it soon as the alterrcon tool is breaking down frequently, and no longer has support.
I've looked around at various other rcons (Black Tomato, Lucky Rcon etc.) but the support seems poor at best.
If we do have a go with this, it's worth bearing in mind that the rental is per calendar month, so may be best to wait till 1st of next month(?).

If this is the only way forward to manage our servers we'll have to consider it.  I'll bump this to Council to have a quick chat and take a decision.

Council approved the expenditure, so if this is still what you want then we're happy to fund it.  The thread linked from the web is for a Beta though?
