So we are running normal's and will be seeing who is available in guild to fill the spots

Feez
Twix
Demi
Hubb
Noria

We will be raiding Thus/Sun/Tue but will be starting off with just Thurs/Sun on Normal mode
 
I would like to start this Sunday just to get the ball rolling. We will be trying to gear people up and get back to heroics but that will be down the line
 
Its going to be important that you can keep a high attendance for the raids so do have a good think about your availability
 
Easy stuff we need to know what toon /class is available for raiding.
 
Hope to hear from you soon so we can plan for Sunday’s Raid

added, make sure their badges are changed so they can see the tactics we use and while you (or whitey) are at it think you can give a green one to the new guy as well? link

Got these whispers from switch last night after the raid:

Just not sure what to say to that and tbh I was a bit surprised that he was even in the raid cause he said to me that he only could make it on sundays...

With my dMw admin hat on, Switch should not be given any admin/leader status.    He's on a best-behaviour warning following the antics between him and Duvel at the last LAN - Duvel got demoted as a result and it would be inappropriate for Switch to get a promotion.

If I know you well enough then I'm pretty sure you're not planning to promote him anyway (for your own good reasons), but I thought you should know!

I agree with you TL and I for one definitely don't want switch promoted. The raid went better than expected tbh, still a lot of stuff to sort and people really need to improve but atleast we got halfway and that with only 1 "original" dps present, rest was new.

I think hes just trying to be overly helpfull,

We need to look at dps performance on switch and feez. We should give them a fair crack at improvement. They may need a bit of help to see where the improvements can be made. Feez should be easy as we can get a direct compassion with hubz. Likewise with switch and old logs from TL. Being bad ass dps would be nice but im happy if we can just get them to a competitive level
