Just spoke to him on TS to congratulate him on RGW kill last night.  Don't think he was best chuffed to be out as there had (apparently) been a lot of chat about using a paladin tank.  Anyway, I did the usual placate and then he mentioned he was levelling a pala on another realm and that he was not sure 2 days per week raiding was enough for him.  These comments raise two questions in my mind:

1. show him some TLC as a new member and look out for any odd or high DKP spend (in case he is about to bail), and
2. is it time to reconsider the 3 nights per week raiding for RGW?

I dont get it, he thougth he wouldnt be benched at all? He was benched maybe 1/2 of the raid :S.

1. TLC??
2. Been trying to find a day for ...days.... but cant really find any, I think we need to try and do it on sunday and just see how it rolls as I think sunday is the best day.

Sorry, TLC is 'tender loving care'.  He's a new member, it might take time for adjusting to our ways.  I know he knew he would be benched periodically as I told him personally, I think he probably had an expectation of going in given the chat he had heard about what was being used.  Now that could have been RL chat, or 'the mouth' in normal raid channel.  Either way, I'm jsut saying he's a new member, so make sure he is looked after (not given special treatment) and knows what we are doing and the way we do it.

strange, really strange...hmmmm. I however think that Canaan is a hard to adjust guy and probably think he is better then others or something like that

k, today, we had Canaan starting with Shannox, benched for Beth'tilac(since Treach and Sharp needed 2 pieces of loot and he 1) and Rhyo(because the other 2 tanks need to learn it aswell).
and he was telling me to swap him and Treach when we wiped for the 4th time, while it wasnt treach fault. Anyway conclussion: He thinks hes pro, he thinks hes the best, he is arrogant(IMO) and demanding.
I was shouting for Jas after the raid so us 3 could have a chat, Jas wasnt there I guess so we cancelled it(we need him for now). Anyway, if someone can grab him and have a chat(I wont be on before thursday evening(22:00 ish) and might not be on friday till later on aswell, my feelings are here anyway. I explained him that rotating is used all over WoW and aint strange, however he things he wants to raid 6 days a week, but IMO with that attitude he probably wont make it there either.

I think is not just him ... sharpe also has the impresion that tank spots dont need rotation.

Sharp doesnt complain about it tho, he doesnt say in TS channel that maybe the tanks should swap.
