Well i don't know why i even started this thread but i got bored and noticed that some people where asking about feral dps lately so i thought i would post some stuff on how i play Grim with his main spec.

I few addons that i use:

http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/omni-cc   timers

http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/hear-kitty  If you play with sound a nice way to know if your combopoints are ready for use.

http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/badkitty   Debuff tracker for Feral Druids! (for me a very nice addon, a sort of must have as feral)

Here you have my dps spec at this time:

A little thing for you to know is that it is focused on the end game bosses of firelands. and hc shannox.

If you are a druid that doesn't want to help out the whole group only yourself and a few healers then this spec is also k:

Rotation wise i can't really help you out as it depends on what is going on and also if you have crits or not.
But mainly it is keeping your bleeds up all the time on your main target.

1. Keep up Feral Faerie Fire
2. Keep up Mangle
3. Use Tiger's Fury on cooldown
4. Keep up a 5CP Rip (including refreshing with Ferocious Bite below 25% boss health)
5. Keep up Rake
6. Keep up Savage Roar
7. Feral Charge -> Ravage if your FC cooldown is up
8. Shred for combo points (your main attack, way better then mangle)
9. Use Berserk on cooldown (on boss if the fight is longer then 6 minutes, at the start and when off cd)

For aoe packs (3 or more targets)

2 Swipes then a Tiger's Fury and 2 Swipes again. After that if the adds still have 30% or more health continue with using Swipe (Crits give you free attacks then ofcourse in this case use them by using Swipe).
In fights like Ragnaros you will be the most important heavy burst aoe in the raid. At this time there is no other class that can pump out more burst aoe damage in that little time then a feral dps.
And if you want to **** of the raid with aoe damage on a huge pack that has loads of health to go, then use a Beserk after your first Tiger's Fury (a nice place to do that is the little adds just before Ryo.

Stats:

Tier11 was based on using Mastery, Tier12 is based on the other stats and makes Mastery somewhat crap...

So if you aint using your Tier11 set bonus start removing your Mastery gems and reforging.
Mastery is in T12 replaced by Haste so reforge your gear to Haste instead of Mastery. At some point try to keep a nice balance between Haste/Crit/Mastery.

Hitrating is something for discussion but i am hitcapped for the only reason that i need it for the last 2 bosses in firelands. If you aint hitcapped you are a big dps loss to the raid with those 2 bosses.

Maybe this can help some of you guys. If i forgot something please say so ;)

Hehe that way is way cheaper then getting 5 combo points. You only need 1 combo point for that.

Well time for a little update since my gameplay has changed thanks to another addon.

I replaced badkitty with Ovale Spell Priority and updated the standard script with a feral druid one and boosted my dps outcome with around 3k.

Here is the script that i use:

Ovale seems to be a neat little addon  :D thanks Grimnar
