Ok, thinking hat has gone on and I think I am remembering someone else.   Wasn't Cantos the brother of Luthor (SOG)?

Im sure he tried to nobble the bank or something .. as officers

Iirc, there was some whooey over the guild bank yes and I believe a sort of reverse takeover attempt whilst some of the officers were on holiday.   Sheepy & FatBob might remember more so I've sent them a PM to ask.

Hi folks

We're trying to react to a request for DMR guild membership from Cantos (mage), who is (iirc) the brother of Luthor (priest).   I seem to recall some stuff went on with them trying to acquire guild bank towards the end of SOG days and them trying to arrange a reverse takeover of SOG when some officers were away on holiday but can't quite pin down the details in my grey matter.  

Do you have any recollections of Cantos or those events that could help us refresh our memories please?

From somewhere deep in my memory, I seem to remember the name with relation to lots of trouble with the split of SOG, did he try to set up another guild with a few other members and thought that they had rights to stuff in the guild bank? Beyond that I can't really remember but looking at guild history either he wasn't in SOG or it was on a different toon.

Can't see he was ever in SOG, but he might have been in SOG at the time of the Mea Culpa talks, which he was in (and the webpage linked is no guarantee of accuracy as you can see if you check the history of your own toons).

Soon Jung said something similar, she can't remember but thinks he was involved in starting another guild.

Thanks for looking into it ... its fair to say we know he upset people but we just cant quite remember the details

I have sent him a mail declining his interest to join  (thanks but no thanks)...
