So, what are you using atm? What do you play the most? What are you aiming to unlock?

So far I've played Engineer the most. Mostly as it fits best with using vehicles and you can take out those pesky enemy tanks. On infantry only maps I tend to switch between the other 3 though. I haven't quite decided on a favorite atm, but Support with extended mag and extra suppression perk is fun for laying down cover fire.

Kit
Assault: UMP-45 (laser, suppressor, holo), medpack, defib and flack to survive grenades better
Engineer: SCAR-H (grip, heavy barrel, IR), RPG, repair tool and extra explosives
Support: M249 (bipod, extended mag, holo), ammo, claymore and extra suppressive fire
Recon: SKS (flash suppressor, bipod, 12x scope), UAV, beacon, sprint

 I really need to get some upgrades on Recon, but I just get annoyed when people don't die. Probably best to play on a hardcore server to level that up. My biggest goals are probably to get the G36 and the 50 cal sniper rifle. Feel free to tell me if I use crap mods btw, or if you feel something would be better

Edit: I played recon all of last night, and now I actually quite like it! Once I unlocked the bipod for the rifle sniping became MUCH easier/better, and I've started to get the hang of the ballistic scope for long range sniping. I also unlocked the UAV, which is just AWESOME. I played as squad leader and was up in the UAV for most of the games. It only gave me about 3000 points per game, but it really made a difference for the team. I can only imagine the horror of a recon with UAV working together with support with mortar. I know DA loved every moment of knowing exactly where everyone was and I think he got quite a few knife kills last night ^_^

I am loving the recon in this release of Battlefield the spotting points are something I have longed for.
So useful to the team, almost as useful as an actual kill in some respects.

I also like the spotting aspect of recon. I think it will come more into play later on when people unlock guided missiles, as you can designate targets with the gadget thingie. I'm guessing that gives anyone a pre lock on the vehicle, fire at targets out of LoS or someting? I actually haven't found much use in it yet.

Engineer: G36(Reflex) or SCAR-H (grip, heavy barrel, IR), RPG, AT mines and extra explosives
Support: M249 (bipod, extended mag, holo), ammo, claymore and Squad Sprint
Recon: M39 EMR (standard scope), motion sensor, beacon, Ammo

Going for:
Better sights on the G36
Coop play to get SG553 and G3 rifles.
