Sore this one coming and I think it is time for new ideas and blood. Did not realize he only had won only one tournament.

I still dont agree with putting players into a managerial position just after they retired from the same sport until at least a few years after they retire, coaching is different to playing

I am informed Rob Andrew is not to fall on his sword today due to the current review  he is conducting into the suitability of the sword for the job.:lmfao:

MJ isn't entirely to blame. The coaches he was working with have been there too long, without any meaningful success. They should have gone first, and MJ should have been given another year with a new coaching team (Shaun Edwards, Jim Mallinder and Dorian West would all be outstanding candidates).

Rob Andrew is a complete waste of space, nobody seems to know what he's supposed to be responsible for. The fact that he's allowed to conduct a review of his own performance says it all.

What's even more upsetting is that the RFU have let one of the finest coaches in the world (Shaun Edwards) slip through their fingers. Again. Inexcusable.

Nick Mallet would be my choice to take over, but the RFU need to completely reform before anything good can happen.
