They seem so relaxed afterwards. I imagine if they were speaking English the conversation would go something like:

Guy1: "What's this van doing?"
Guy2: "He's just getting out the way of this large truck, I'd stop too it might be a bit of a squeeze"
Guy1: "You're right, it could be a bit tight, good job I'm not in a hurry"
***Woooooooooshhhhhhhhh***
Guy1:"I'd have been fine after all, there was enough room for a whole other car"
Guy2:"Better safe than sorry"
