Tell us a bit about yourself! Who are you? Where are you from? How old are you? What kind of work do you do?
Hello, my name is Lennart, I'm from Mechelen, a city located in Belgium between Antwerp/Brussels. I'm 25 years old and I have been working for about 1.5 years at Euro1080, a TV company part of the 'Alfacam Group'. My job is being a playout/downlink/ingest operator.

Tell us about your personality, and why you enjoy the game.
I'm gererally more of a quiet guy, just like to have fun . I started playing WoW right before the release of vanilla WoW, think it was called the open beta. I haven't played non-stop, I took many breaks but I guess I have the WoW-virus which always makes me want to play again .

How long have you been playing computer games and what kind?
Since I was 10-11 I started playing my first games, think it was the very first need for speed, motorcross and some other ones. After a year or 2 I started playing Unreal Tournament with some friends at school. We always played the demo in LAN which was real fun. Then I started playing it at home and pretty much kept playing until about 2 years ago. I was pretty good at it but then I just stopped playing it regularly. I still play it from time to time when I feel like playing a good online shooter .

There are other guilds on the server, why did you apply to us?
Because a friend of mine is in this guild & told me about you guys .

What other guilds have you been in and why did you decide or were forced to move on?
In WotLK my main was my DK (http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/aszune/Dontax/simple) and I was in 2 guilds. First one was 'Cool Runnings', was a fun, casual guild. I worked up to become main tank, it was pretty fun in naxx. But with the release of Ulduar the difference between casual players & 'real' raiders got too big so the guild split up. After a while I got into a new guild, 'Been There Done That'. Back then they were pretty good, think top 3 or at least top 5 on the server. I switched from tank to DPS & it was alot of fun in Ulduar, trying hard modes. Also after that there was TOC25, with some challenging fights who were really hard but fun to progress on. Due to school (exams/thesis) I had to stop right before ICC got released. Now with Cataclysm I just joined some casual guild, don't really know anyone in it.

Who do you know in Dead Men Raiding? How do you know them?
Nimsraedian, I've known him for many years IRL.

Have you read our 'what we look for' and 'philosophy' posts? What do you think of them?
Yup, I think it is pretty much the same as in my old guild BTDT. Casual atmosphere, but still people should get all they can out of there character, either getting as high dps as possible or healing as effective as possible. This, together with boss mechanics should be learned via guides/tutorial movies etc.
I also read you guys need a ranged dps, so yea I applied

What do you look for in a guild?
Having fun, getting to know people.

Do you actively play any alts that we could find you in in case we need to contact you?
I have 2 other lvl 85 alts, my shaman Zinxy who I played on right with the Cata release. Did some HC's but then I quit (well, took a break ) because there was nothing to do (had other, late hours at work, couldn't raid back then). My other alt is my warrior Zirtox, he just got to lvl 85, main spec is arms but I'm also gonna try to get a tank gear as offspec, but main focus now is on dps.

Zombies (sorry can't think of anything original )

What are your plans for the game? In what way would you like others to know you?
I'd like to see as much content while performing the best I can.

Name one thing you don't like about WoW in its current state.
Hmm don't know.. Maybe some things that are getting too easy. I mean they already made the game very casual friendly, which I like cause I don't have as much time to play as I used to, but for example the new 5m heroics.. just a walkover. Same with LFR raids. It's nice for casual players to see raid content, but now you don't get punished enough for mistakes.

A guildie says something you find offensive, what do you do?
Someone says something offensive, on the internet??? Nah, tbh I just don't take anything offensive . I think if people get offended by something a guildie says he/she should talk to an officer about it.

Which evenings of the week are you available to raid?
Sunday/Monday/Wednesday. tuesday/thursday sometimes but usually not

Can you and will you speak actively with other guild members on Teamspeak and in guild chat?
I can, & I will speak if necessary.

Do you have a stable internet connection?
Kind of, 60MBps d/l, 5mbps u/l. i do have the occasional disconnect but it's most of the time very stable.

What sort of frame rates do you get when raiding?
In the LFR, with 25 ppl my framerate is about 20-25. But this is in windowed mode, so I can easely go to my second stream. When I play full screen my FPS is higher.

What kind of raiding experience do you have?
classic: ony, MC, some bosses in BWL
TBC: some kara runs
WotLK: naxx, ulduar, toc
Cata: Dragon Soul via LFR only

Why did you decide to play this class?
I first played my shaman with release of cata, then took a long break. When I started again I wanted something new & I decided to play my hunter. Fell in love straight away with the MM spec and well, kept playing till now .

What do you think your class' role is in raid content?
Hunters are a DPS class, so well we need to do as much damage as possible. We also have some useful abilities like misdirection, feign death, or cc abilities like traps, a silence shot (if specced),...

Comment on your build. Why did you choose it? What do you think of other builds of your class? Why didn't you choose one of those? (important question)
I was BM when leveling (except 80-85), survival when I hit 80, and well I wanted a change so I read MM was pretty good with release of cata so I tried it. Fell in love with it straight away. I don't really like BM because the focus is on your pet. For survival, I only miss the AoE from it.
