No sound

I cleaned my PC this week, deleting everything and start all over with Windows 7.
Turning it on, no sound....ugh...
I tried to DL realtek drivers, but it gives and error that it doesnt know this and therefor doesnt trust it.

Its not an internal card.
So my question is does anyone know how I can check what drivers I need,  It says my card is a Sweex but latest drivers from them are from  2007..lol
