How are we going to sort this we have 14 people that are already raiding and having done the OP's

And there are people are asking about it so we should be proactive about how we are going to sort this.

Do we ask Vladic to get a team together and we get it ready, and at the sametime pushing for more people to sign up to a 2nd Group which will be causal.  With a bit of luck we can feed in to the Hardcore once the gear is high enough.

The write  up Smilo will be a a good starting point, get the convo running and then push for more people to sign up, then find a 2nd OP leader and potential back up and I think we keep it to a Thursday night.  The go live with it and see what happens.

Thought I would discuss it with you to get ball started then bring this over to OP leader so Vladic can have his input and we move forward.
