Guys here is the roster from Vladic that he would like to recommend.  Looks good to me he is rotating people in and out.

I am happy with it.

Quote[h=2]OP's Roster for 09/02/12[/h]   Here is my Recommend team for this weeks run, due to current gear of some individuals and skill (as i have now seen all individuals in action) I am going to recommend that we keep one advanced individual (two for DPS) in each week to cover the slack, as even with 6 Exceptionally brilliantly geared/skilled people and 2 Skilled but poorly geared, The Eternity Vault is no cake walk.

Tanks

Imhotep - The only tank with experience in all fights and dedication to watch video's ETC, I request that he remain a constant due to his dedication and the effort he puts in.

Dandelion - 2nd Tank, currently orange/blue geared, would be the second tank for this run, would be highly educational, in the event isnt unavailable im taking sharpfang or Lurek

Healers

Tenilia - againa constant but also invaluable due to battle resurection abiltie with no other class able to provide it.

Psykoo - All other healers have been (sheepy needs moving to DPS list as he is perma DPS) starting the rotation again, also he is getting impatient with rotation rate :narnar:

DPS

Vladic - Im leading and most damaging so self explanatory

Varg - Rotation is complete so he is back into the group

DarkAngel - Ranged DPS, hasnt been yet due to RL complications, well geared, will do a good job if he isnt too abbrasive with his personality.

Sheepy - Excellent Ranged DPS and well geared, would like 3 Ranged this week to expereiment with its affect on healing in fights as melee take excessive damage and i would like to see a 3 to 1 ration of ranged VS melee makes the instance easier.

Needs also rotation, other wise diff tanks never get experience....if he only wants Imho!!!
(
Dedication whe all have)

Rain has 2 lvl 50 he didn't do any op's so far!!!

Also selecting people on gear aint good.....people with less gear also need a change to get in for beter gear!!!

My thoughts.

BrotherTobious

Rain as far as I aware has stepped down due to the time of the raiding.

I see your point this will be the 3rd week, Imhotep has gone, I say let him go this week and then make the rotation of him out due to he should of had someone good enough by then to do it.

Agreed on Gear to a point as people should have made a start towards some better stuff than greens?

Gents I need you response on this before soon, so I can let Vladic know, and I am going to post it up at 19:30 GMT.

Thanks

I also have to say that i dont like his comments on members!
Him self is he a "god"....? You cant see who's doing most damage ....there no addons for it....
And he want skilled players.....hmmzz again if you people dont give a change they never learn it.......have said this already but saying again!!

Maybe he needs to change his attitude a bit :flirty:

BrotherTobious

I can see that point, but I did ask him to highlight any protential issue there might be historic.

I will ask him to keep it constructive.

As for rotation yes people do the chance and experience I think that he in a way is doing that all maybe a but slower.

anyone else got a view on this or we happy.

It might be an option to discuss why someone isn't getting a slot rather than why they are. As the leaders we could approach the subject from the assumption that anyone who wants to raid should be in the rotation unless there is a compelling reason why they should not. I don't need to know that Player X is an outstanding player but it would be important to know that Player Y isn't getting a slot in OP Team 1. For example Player y might be declined as OP Team 1 are raiding nightmare mode and Player Y needs to gear up first before they can attend. It would cultivate an environment where the assumption is that everyone will get a slot unless we decide otherwise and can give a reason, rather than only a hard core elite team get a slot unless we agree to let someone in.

So Vladic should list his team and advise why someone who has asked to be included isn't on it. Hopefully as things settle down we can create enough Teams at the correct level to get everyone involved. IMHO

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

This is a good idea, means slightly more work for him but will give us a better idea of what we need to help people with.

Also going to get him to give us the list on Monday at latest as it means we have more time.

So we are all ok with the list for the moment and I will post up laters?  No repsonse mean you ok with it :)

Well i had a chat with Lurek (Tanales) and Vargen (they did most of the talking as they knew what they where talking about) about the group setup and then mainly about having 2 tanks.

During that chat i went looking around on the web and i can't really find a reason why we need two tanks in a 8 man normal run except for the last boss fight they will do tomorrow, that fight can be maked abit easier (but not really needed) with a second tank.

This is what 2 experienced raiders (in swtor and wow) found out and i also got to that conclusion.
I don't mind the group setup at all but i think it is a good idea to put some more thinking in about this for next week OP runs etc.

They brought it up already in the OPS thread for tomorrow so the question has also been raised to the raiders group etc.

I agree fully with Smilodon (not sure I have ever said that) :g: but I think it would be better to highlight why people are not getting the position in the raid rather than why and go about it in a constructive manner rather than just pointing the finger and saying your rubbish. This way Officers, lieutenants and op leaders can help assist, advice and even help run through other flash points to get the needed gear or materials etc.
