RG and BG Team swaping

Seems that it is the consensus of a number of the council and from people in WoW that we keep the separate!  

The only issue I have is when both teams are on hardcore or above.  And we have a few people to but not enough to field another team.  Or is it we just do a recuitment drive at that point.

Your views gentlemen if you please.

Recruit and hope some of us would be community spirited enough to help new Lv 50 players enjoy then end game content by coming back and running normal mode Operations. I worry a little about the prospect of an elite core of players disappearing off into raiding land and leaving the rest of the guild behind. That being said there's not a lot to do in an MMO once you're Lv 50 other than raid I guess. so in the future anyone still in the guild and paying a subscription will be raiding or Pvping?

There will always be a turnover Toby, so recruitment (internal or external) is the answer.   The other option you'll have will be to roll into a single 16 if the numbers work in our favour at any point.   Inevitably, there will be a group that goes ahead if they started first, but good leadership will bring these along and the gap will close over time.  In WoW RGT are 4/8 Heroic and RGW is now 8/8 Normal about to start Heroic, so they are only 4 bosses behind RGT.  Not that larger a gap really when you think about it.  8/8 NOrmal putsa RGW equal 43rd on the server for progress, which is not too shabby at all given that there are over 100 guilds on Aszune..
