Hendrik - possible hack

I demoted Hendrik to Dog House just now as a precaution following information from Incendia that Hendrik removed 2 of his alts from guild last night but was not responding to whispers.

Let us know if the account is ok Hendrik and we'll change the rank again.

Hey, Switch just messaged me on facebook.

I swear that this isn't me, my WoW-subscription ended a few weeks ago and I didn't even refresh it yet.

I just tried to log in and it also said that I have used my prepaid time for this account... So I really don't know how some of my characters could have left the guild.

Yup def looks like you Been hacked then mate. Thought it was very strange you not talkin to me when your chars (Druid + Mage) left the guild. If your planning coming back I'd contact blizz re: the compromise of your account.

It's a not a worry Hendrik, nothing appears to be missing from guild bank anyway!

For your info:
Dexia, Hendrikjaan & Varyana were all last online 3 days ago.
Feralbalance & Torfz both gquit 3 days ago.

Contact Blizz, get things reinstated etc if anything at all is missing, they are usually pretty quick.

*cough* http://www.deadmen.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?31122-Get-a-Authenticator!!! *cough* :learn: but on a serious note, I know how it is to be hacked it have happened to me and the authenticator does prevent them hacking your account even if they hold of your mail and password so if there is anyone in the guild that don't have it yet I'd say get one asap, it saves allot of grief and anger

Out of interest, all Officers have & use authenticators, it's a requirement for the rank.

Get authenticator, free on iphone (not sure about android devices) AND you get a free pet!!! Win!! Touch wood, the authenticator has kept me safe but I do know a lot of players that have been hacked and not one of them had an authenticator so it really does seem to help keep you safe!
