hes not happy that we have asked ice and mario to help with the raid... I didnt mention any change to his roll. Tbh hes more miffed at not knowing about changes to the team. Its pushed his nose out a bit and hes not sure if he will carry on raiding with us.

Last couple of weeks you 2 seem to have rubbed each other the wrong way (its sounds like a miss communication issue. ie just not talking enough) Have a chat with him asap. We should still have a spot available if it smooths over. If you still want him leading thats also no problem, if not then we need to thank him for the help and let him know
I was under the impression that he was not raiding in mop.... but it seems he wants to... Time to pin any last unsure people down on what they want. maybe worth bringing up on the the wed raid.

When he came on we asked him to help lead the raid in game... Its all he wanted to do , no admin ,no dkp , no team swaps just tactics. Now we start to move things on hes wanting to help run more of it

Sorry for my not being there yesterday so much going on. A home build company that i work for have put themselves into liquidation. My company is possibly losing 87k to this. So sorry to say it but sharp is the least of my worries atm. Just want to let you know what is going on as i may not be around as much as i should.

Sharp....has posted on the forum he was not sure of raiding. can find that easily.Has posted also that he wants a break.
Verbally hes said numerous times on TS that he is concentrating more on SWTOR,would like a break etc etc.

His attendence has gone down with no actual reason for...we all have issues going on but at least post about it.

Sharp as a raidleader..... he likes to boss people about. thats it. he turns up late doesnt help with any other factor of the raid (sorting feasts cauldrens dkp logs)...he rolls in,shouts at people then slags peoples dps off to his own. thats what we are not about. we are a team.

he threw a **** fit the other week when he was a hour late and he didnt get in the grp.

He is a skilled tank and would be an asset to rgw but imo hes acting abit childish.

We had a few issues about 3-4 weeks ago which i voiced over ts and then explained on forum...apologising for my actions,language etc....any response from sharp no.

sorry for my ranting but im not happy with him crying about this tbh...so he just wants to tell us what to do and say hes a RL of RGW...sorry but no thanks



I sent this as a mail to you all but thought id convert into a thread. Easier for responses and such.

So i wasnt on yesterday,and hes chosen to speak to some of the officers. He has been obviously ****ed of with the happening the last few weeks...he doesnt come into RGW leader channel he hasnt been talking on TS. Tbh if he had a problem with what was going on he should of come to me 1st. Again you may say, he hasnt due to our minor spat a few weeks back.
As i say in my PM i spoke over TS and posted about it. Any response from sharp?...no...yet on the same day hes posting away in the swtor forum and does most days yet as a "leader" of RGW hes never on this forum or helping out.
Ive had quite a few absences myself the last 6 weeks due to work and familly life....i post as soon as i can and have warned others about it....He hasnt, he just has a few nights off and then is late and then expects a raid spot?...sorry but no.

I know this is causing a lot of grief for you chaps and this is what i was afraid was going to happen.

With all the new changes coming in with the raid grp i think its gona cause alot of problems with people leaving and such. I dont want this to happen.
Ive been so happy with all the help ive been given these last few weeks but i can see a bit of a backlash with whats gona happen if we set our plans in motion.

At the end of the day its not my group its the guilds and i try and lead it.
