We probably need to check that this is correct.   I'm not sure it is at the moment as I do not believe that all tabs are visible, so we need to update & edit it with Jas' help to tell us what is and is not enabled.

We also need to add the BOEs are sold to fund gbank raid costs etc.  

I'll take a peek later tonight and talk to Jas, then do the edits.   This post is largely a reminder for me!
