Yep in fact I think they are actually owned by O2 as the idea for a community run mobile carrier came from O2's head of Brand Strategy. they still win plenty of awards for customer service and are significantly cheaper than O2. Plus I like the idea of unlimited data. The only other carrier that offers that is Three and from anecdotal comments I've heard their customer service is as appalling as all the other main mobile networks
