If you see him up. At any time, in any state. 50%, 100%, 1% or if you got invited to a group for him:

please... please....please...LET THE GUILD KNOW!

This guy has a chance to drop 496 gear, and he is on a crappy respawn timer(1-3 days). It would/could benefit everyone in your guild if you spammed guild chat.
Rumour has it... that you can share tags to have a chance for loot.

I killed him twice and that was right after the restart of the servers on Wednesday, coincidence? maybe.

So I'd strongly advice if you want to hunt him down, be online right after restart of servers on Wednesday or maintenance.

Restart finish at 12:00 in the afternoon :P dont think many people will be able to be there seeing its wednesday :P :P
